Fresh Time recommended The Vitamin Shoppe. As soon as I walked in, I was cheerfully greeted by a friendly woman. She asked if she could help me, and I told her what I was after. She knew exactly what I wanted and took me to it. I was in and out in a matter of minutes and on my way. The lactation cookies that I made my daughter turned out fantastic and worked great. Immediately she asked us what she could help us find. My nephew and I preceded to tell her what we were there for. We were pleasantly surprised when Shelby began to drop some product knowledge on us. Very impressive. She even recommended a few items for us. In this day and age finding someone who actually has product knowledge is unusual. My nephew and I preceded to investigate the whole store. We discovered a wide variety of products. Included are supplements, protein powder, and yes, vitamins. So many products I can't possibly list them all. Even if not in Indiana, you probably could get something shipped to you for cheaper and mine is always only one to two days for $5 or free shipping. That's cheap shipping to me, and express delivery! It really is for me a huge part of my intake on many days, they stock it right here. No, it is not some magic fitness plan, or some magic genetics, it is products I buy and consume with a healthy diet (and this ADDS to my healthy intake). Nutrition is heatlh. The staff can help you lose weight, build muscle, maintain lean muscle, or just try yummier healthier styles of foods you love but eat too much making them bad for you. 5 star tops. Ten Gold Stars if I could based on my purchases, prices, and products, and customer service I have gotten there. The staff is professional, kind, helpful, but they will answer your questions happily, or let you check out peacefully if you need a quick run in and out for exactly what you need in limited time. I enjoyed what the store offered since it featured nearly and everything practical that I've come to find at their stores normally. It's a much quieter store too since it doesn't seem like a lot of people shop here. Prices here though are a little bit more steep though whatever they run promotions is actually at a great price.
