i waited for a response over a week after receiving the wrong item and never heard back from…read moreanyone. my first issue was never receiving an email confirmation. the phone number and email provided on their website do not work. so i messaged them on facebook and got a response telling me that my package was shipped to a completely different state and they were sending out a new one. i got an email for this package and received the item shortly after. it's the wrong item. the item i purchased still shows available on their website. so i message them again to let them know a mistake was made included photos and requested the correct time be sent. unanswered. sent a few more messages that went unanswered as well. i understand mistakes happen - were human but zero response? disheartening to say the least.

But there's a hand written note that people will be in and out and to call a number if you want to come in. Called, and a guy said they are closed early.. Then a second number calls and says they are closed for a family emergency and hangs up.. This isn't the first time I've been here and the store is closed during posted hours. I'm pretty sure this is some sort of side business and it's just run like a back yard garage sale..
