I've only frequented the Broad Ripple location so I can't speak for others, but I'm always impressed with the knowledge and up front nature of the folks working there. They are quick to tell me about a product I'm asking about with their own personal opinions as well - if something better has worked for them or they've received customer feedback on a product, it was shared with me. They seem to really get that some products, whether that's different types of proteins for example, work differently with each person individually. Pricing is competitive, and they often have specials going on for different products. You can also find some harder to find items - my go-to's are the Legendary Foods line (pecan pie almond bitter ftw) and also Flavor God seasonings. They have a rewards program that offers something like 2% back on your purchase - for those that spend a lot on supps that can definitely add up.

Overall, the value of the product I had been buying has been great! The shipping is usually always the worst part because it never arrives on time but that's not at the fault of the company necessarily and the delivery lag was one or two days later than the ETA. Things were still a little more bearable. Until... In July I ordered a batch of my usual product - 3000 MG Double Stacks (Grape and Green Apple). The batch delivered was a dud. Nothing wrong with that, it happens. I reached out via email thinking that some AI system was going to use key words to address my issue but it turns out I got an actual person. GREAT! I LOVE that. Who doesn't? My request simply stated that I had been consuming the gummies and gaining no benefit from them. I provided the quantity I had and the time of which I waited to gain the desired effect. As it turns out, their response was very condescending and implied that I was looking for a hand out. The gentleman stated in the email that they couldn't replace it and instead advised me that when I order another under my profile, they would include another of the same at no cost to me. Well I made my order and two things happened. 1. The product shipped later than usual and on the order receipt they took the liberty of underlining the product description for me and circled the quantity of 1. 2. Only the one product was delivered. Needless to say, I think I am going to go back to ordering Deadables. If you haven't heard from them, these guys are just as good, they last a lot longer but sometimes their product is unavailable and I'd rather deal with that than this level of incompetence.

I've been to a pretty decent amount of shops around Indy & this shop has the biggest and best selection by far!! Definitely can find anything for anyone or whatever mood you're in. Wide range of different brands and flavors. Also one of the only 2 stores that I know of that carry the pods for my Suorin Air Pro. The owner is super nice & friendly, always seems to be happy & likes joking around. Kind & doesn't make you feel like an inconvenience by walking in the door.. lol. He always has my favorite fruit monster juices that nobody else seems to carry.. plus he always does great at suggesting new flavors when I'm looking for something new. He does not make me feel pressured into buying something that I don't actually want like some others do.
