I went in previously to check it out and it seemed OK and appeared to have a huge inventory. When I went in again recently to look at a few things including a nice Zippo lighter, I decided to buy it. I also got a few more items. When I got home and looked at the receipt, the only thing that was listed clearly was the lighter. All of the other items were not itemized and it was thrown together in a lump sum. I called them and questioned it because I felt like I was over charged. I also asked if I could return the lighter because I didn't want it. It was not used and still in the box. The guy on the phone said they have a no refund / return policy. He said it was on the receipt. I told him it was absolutely not stated on the receipt. I didn't see any signage stating that as well in the store. I understand consumable products might be logically subject to a no refund policy, but not the lighter. At that point I knew I was dealing with a sketchy business. Before the call ended he was obnoxious and called me - Karen. I called the other location to talk to the owner and I ended up talking to a clueless woman who didn't speak English. It's all beyond weird, pathetic and unprofessional. Let the Karma fairy deal with it.

Today (4.2.2026), I went up there and let them know about it and basically they brushed me off; talking about "shelf life" then went on to say "if we catch something like that (the Best before 4.1.26 date) we usually take it away. I have been a great customer to them and they couldn't either 1.) offer me a new one with a later "Best before Date" or 2.) a refund.
