So maybe I should not have said that his store kinda sucks, but I repeated it when he asked what I said. So his response was so loud it surprised me that he screamed "fucking faggot" so loud I heard it through the closed glass doors. Even a professional looking lady was entering the store and he was still screaming obscenities as she entered. All I did was say "I don't think you are allowed to say that stuff anymore" and I rode off.

The tobacco was not packing right. You could turn the cigarette upside down and all of it would fall out. Cigs would not stay lit. I burned myself numerous times because the cherry kept falling off. Burned a blanket. Took the machine back to the store on 4/1/2026 and they would not give me my money back. The person said that he has sold a lot of these and no one else ever complained. Um, so? That's like saying 10 people took this medication and "only" 1 died. There is no return policy on the receipt-which I still have. Absolutely horrible experience. I have told all I know who smoke to never go there. This is unacceptable.
