Burned a blanket. Took the machine back to the store on 4/1/2026 and they would not give me my money back. The person said that he has sold a lot of these and no one else ever complained. Um, so? That's like saying 10 people took this medication and "only" 1 died. There is no return policy on the receipt-which I still have. Absolutely horrible experience. I have told all I know who smoke to never go there. This is unacceptable.
