I tried other vape shops In Indy, and they all had the same enviroment. They all treated me as if the sale of an item was the #1 priority. Every staff member in other stores I went to could never actually answer a question with a direct answer or fact. Then one day I walked into The Vapor Vice because I really wanted a better alternative to smoking. When I met TJ I was surprised to find someone with such a vast knowledge of Vape products. He guided me In a direction and sold me a device I was overwhelmingly happy with. I came in many times with many questions and not once did anyone in the store act short with me or annoyed. When you walk into The Vapor Vice you are always greeted within a timely fashion by friendly and accommodating staff. The owners/employees at The Vapor Vice display an outstanding ability to explain and teach how to operate/upkeep the merchandise they sell. Their merchandise is priced affordably and displayed neatly in a clean and friendly environment. Employees always follow through and find answers to any questions and report back to customers promptly. If problems occur the owners are always there at the shop to troubleshoot and correct faults that may (but usually never do) occur. I highly recommend The Vapor Vice for any and all vaping needs. Just left the store, very happy I might add. I usually went to another store down the street, but after my last visit I realized that my best interest was not theirs. So after hearing about vapor vice from a friend of mine I decided to go check it out. Tj, was the one to help me out. Even though he didn't have the replacement glass like the other store I went to, he also didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. He hooked me up with a decent tank that fit my needs, and even after the sell for probably close to half an hour spent time just talking to me and educating me on things that I had questions on and was not able to understand. This store has very personable employees that are not simply trying to make a paycheck. They are kind and stand by their products. I have been going to this shop nearly weekly for the past few years and have been nothing but amazed by the effort and customer service the whole gang provided. Prices are very fair and honest. I would recommend them to anyone that would be interested in quitting smoking or even just considering it. They make the process as painless as possible. The owner TJ has a drive to not only make his company into something amazing, but also to take the time and go to the politicians and show how vaping has helped people and that it needs to stay. If you are looking for great smooth flavor and a juice to produce some vape the heritage line is the way to go! I have used hundreds of flavors from countless brands and lines and this series is BY FAR the best line I've ever had! Not one bad flavor in the Bunch! I'm typically a fruit flavor guy myself but the Majik Milk is possibly my favorite flavor I've ever had. It is advertised as strawberry milk but I would personally say that that is only half true! Hands down the best vape shop I've ever been to has great deals amazing juices has mods that I've never seen anywhere else and not to mention the service is incredible tj and pat and some of the nicest people I've ever met! If you want to come in and get some juice and leave great but if you just want a place to go and hang out with some cool people cmon in tj has sat and talked to me for hours on end when I was in there and didn't buy anything it's a great atmosphere and an all around great place to go! Definitely the best vape shop in town, TJ is great, super knowledgeable of the products, he helped fix my wife's leaky tank and his staff is equally knowledgeable and very friendly. Great selection of juices and mods/tanks at great prices, 10/5 stars, would definitely go back and his exclusive line of heritage juice has amazing flavors that can't be found anywhere else.
