They never recommend more work than what's actually necessary and have even guided us when an issue turned out to be the city's responsibility instead of ours. We've used them multiple times for a wide range of jobs: tankless water heater repairs and installs, dishwasher installations, toilet flushing issues, gurgling sinks, and sewer cleanouts for downstream blockages. Every experience has been professional and stress free. It's hard to find a plumbing company this trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Now I can barely run a sprinkler and there is only a 3 inch space between the hose bib and the ground, impossible to hook a hose up to. They couldn't fix my hose bib out in the yard that they installed 7 years ago. They had to replace that with a new one as well. Their employee was rude and told me someone from the office would call us. This was several months ago. No one has called us.For $2000 we got phuct without even a kiss on the cheek. John Cole Plumbing (JCP) re-piped my crawl space in August. We had a couple of post-piping leaks,…read morenot totally unexpected on a large job like this, but annoying never-the-less. JCP returned immediately and totally repaired the leaks before any damage could occur. I absolutely believe that the real test of a service company's true value is not only in the quality of their initial work, but the immediacy and thoroughness of their response when things go south. JCP gets an "A" for their service. And I have had two other occasions in which a JCP technician (Edgar) came to my home. He was professional in every way: Articulate, able to explain exactly what he would be doing, easy to work with, competent, and most of all, trustworthy. I have asked JCP to always send Edgar on any future work in my home.

READ BEFORE SIGNING!!! Had a non-emergency, straight-forward project completed by them recently…read more Tech was great, job went smoothly, result were 100% satisfactory. However, I did not do my due diligence after getting the initial estimate. After completion I had information about every part, fitting, and product used. I priced them out at highest costs. After subtracting this amount from what I paid, labor ended up being about $5-600/hr. Advice - get details on all materials first, price them at a ridiculously high cost, then review their proposal! I will go to them again because of their responsiveness and work quality, but will require a detailed line item breakdown of the estimate.

Jeffrey and Johnathan arrived very quickly. Several years ago, another Premier employee came to replaced the toilet tank hardware in 3 toilets, did efficiently, and the charge was very reasonable. Premier gets my highest recommendation on every level.

Charlie is by far the most honest and experienced plumber you will find…read more It was two days before a hurricane was going to grace us and we had a roof drain that was not draining in the ground due to tree roots. He had many people in need of his services yet In the cold rain he showed up before dark and spent hours trying to get through the roots. His drain router got stuck but he never gave up. He got it unstuck and the drain open enough to temporarily work until we replaced it after the storm. I'm not going to tell you what he charged us because it was too honest and it was obvious Charlie doesn't have it in him to gouge people in need. That's highly the exception among contractors. We will never use anyone else as long as he is still working.
