Spend your money somewhere else, these people do not deserve it!! I was a customer for 8 years. We…read morefinally were able to replace 35+ year old AC this year and got Ken to install it. 9 months later I have warped floors and slime mold growing out of my floor and we discovered a wet copper line running from the outside AC, under the house and up into the attic. So I call Ken and he immediately gets defensive saying he had nothing to do with the copper line or anything under the house and told me to call a plumber. I do and the plumber says no leaks, the copper line is dripping, call your AC company. I call and leave message with his wife and never hear back from them. Sent to VM when I try again. I call another AC place to come out and he said there is a valve and a joint that was broken, if I still had a warranty to call them. I call and get Ken's wife and ask for Ken to come back and check those things and fix them. Ken then calls me and wants to know what the problem was because I got his wife all "fired up"! I asked how did I do that? And he said by telling her all these things were no good or broken. He said everything was good and nothing is wrong with the unit. Tells me to call a plumber again. I told him I did. He said as long as the house is cool the unit is fine. He was very loud, rude and very defensive. I felt attacked and bullied in this encounter. I am really beyond shocked at his behavior and their treatment of someone who was seeking help and answers to a serious problem. I didn't accuse anyone or lay blame on him. With their handling of this situation, it leads me to think that maybe he did break those valves on install and he knew it but since the unit kept going he left it that way. And he never looked or checked the old copper line that he was tying into when he installed my new unit seems negligent and unprofessional and may end up costing me a lot more money!

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! I recently…read moreexperienced an emergency issue with my AC unit over the weekend and decided to give Ball Heating & Air Conditioning a try. I'm extremely glad I did! The technician assigned to my service call was Chris Campbell, and from the moment he arrived, I knew I was in good hands. Chris showed up on time on a Sunday, promptly identified and thoroughly examined the issue with my AC unit, and provided a temporary workaround to keep us comfortable until he could return with the necessary parts. The following Monday, Chris personally contacted me to check on the status of the unit and let me know that the required parts had been obtained. He assured me that he would return as soon as possible to complete the repair. By Tuesday, I was added to the schedule, and once again, Chris arrived at my home and got straight to work. The quality of his work was outstanding, but what impressed me just as much was his professionalism, communication, and genuine commitment to making sure everything was handled properly. Chris took the time to explain the entire process, answering our questions and making sure we understood not only what was wrong, but why it happened and how it was being repaired. He made what could have been a very stressful situation feel completely manageable. Before leaving, Chris also explained Ball Heating & Air Conditioning's loyalty program and the benefits of having year-round service. After experiencing this level of customer service firsthand, I didn't hesitate to take advantage of the program. From the initial Sunday emergency call through the completed repair, Chris removed all of the tension and uncertainty surrounding our AC issue and replaced it with confidence and peace of mind. That level of service is becoming increasingly rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I enthusiastically recommend Ball Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone in need of HVAC service. I asked for the price of my 5 year warranty back and the service manager laughed at me, "we don't give refunds" he said. Working with Tillmans has been horrible and they are not honest or knowledgeable, overpriced and not helpful. Our house is still not cold, and they couldn't help me with what they had already installed, instead they quoted Me another $9,000 to move my ducts around. The sad part is, the Tillmans Farm is near my house, you would think they would want to make it right.
