I call another AC place to come out and he said there is a valve and a joint that was broken, if I still had a warranty to call them. I call and get Ken's wife and ask for Ken to come back and check those things and fix them. Ken then calls me and wants to know what the problem was because I got his wife all "fired up"! I asked how did I do that? And he said by telling her all these things were no good or broken. He said everything was good and nothing is wrong with the unit. Tells me to call a plumber again. I told him I did. He said as long as the house is cool the unit is fine. He was very loud, rude and very defensive. I felt attacked and bullied in this encounter. I am really beyond shocked at his behavior and their treatment of someone who was seeking help and answers to a serious problem. I didn't accuse anyone or lay blame on him. With their handling of this situation, it leads me to think that maybe he did break those valves on install and he knew it but since the unit kept going he left it that way.
