He did the entire procedure in an hour. He warned me there might be pain afterwards, but I only took 3 ibuprofen at his office and 2 before bed, and maybe I'm just lucky but I have close to zero pain today. He came highly recommended by my family dentist in the Rose Garden area of San Jose, he also was highly recommended by my oral surgeon in Los Gatos. I made an appointment and came here to check a particular tooth to see if I needed a root canal. The office was easy to find. The staff is friendly and professional and Dr. Yokota is a really good doctor. There were x-rays and tests done on the tooth that was in question. After all was said and done my tooth was healthy and I was sent back to my oral surgeon in Los Gatos. If you're looking for a quality doctor with an equally good staff then I highly recommend you visit Dr. Yokota. From the…read moremoment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, patience, and zero judgment--something that meant the world to me. Like many, I put off going to the dentist for far too long, feeling embarrassed about the state of my teeth. But Dr. Liang never made me feel ashamed or uncomfortable. Instead, they focused on helping me move forward, offering solutions and encouragement rather than criticism. Their compassionate approach made all the difference, turning what I had feared would be a stressful experience into one of relief and hope. Not only was she incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but they genuinely care about their patients' well-being. They took the time to explain everything to me, ensuring I understood my options without pressure. The entire staff was equally warm and welcoming, creating a supportive environment that put me at ease. If you've been hesitant about visiting the dentist due to anxiety or embarrassment, I can't recommend Dr. Liang enough. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel valued, respected, and cared for. Thank you for helping me take this important step toward better dental health--I am beyond grateful! I was frustrated and I was in pain due to three impacted wisdom teeth. Before I ever even visited the office, the staff member I spoke to on the phone was beyond helpful, he walked me through exactly what I needed to retrieve from my primary dental office in order to make the process of getting my teeth out as simple as possible. When I visited the office for my consultation with the oral surgeon I was treated with so much respect and care by every staff member I came into contact with. The oral surgeon himself was kind, personable and very direct and straightforward with me about what my surgery would entail. He made sure I left the consultation with no unanswered questions and made me feel very comfortable. When it came time to figure out payment, all my options along with the exact amount that was covered were explained throughly and I did not feel pressured to make any certain decision regarding how I payed. I got my wisdom teeth out this morning. When I walked in they remembered me by name despite my consultation having been two weeks ago. The nurse, the surgical assistant and the surgeon were all so kind and careful to make sure I was comfortable, and they did a fantastic job. I would recommended this office to anyone whose insurance covers it, they are good people who do a great job. I will definitely be returning in the event I need an oral surgeon again

They took all of my medical insurance info and even looked up if my insurance would cover some sort of a scan and it did so we continued. They did the root canal, but mentioned they didn't see a fracture on the indicated tooth. I paid a co-pay of like 150. Weeks later, willow Glen Dental specialist Texts, calls and leaves a message, and emails me about owing money. I'm taken back because I have two dental insurances primary and secondary. Usually everything is paid. It felt like I was getting hounded by a debt collector. I called them back the next business day and talk to their accounting. I tell her I don't understand why I owe and why they're coming after me like a criminal. She says it's because they sent me a letter about owing and I didn't respond. I haven't seen the letter. She then goes down the list of items that weren't covered and one was something about a $250 consultation. I am confused. Why would I need a consultation and when did that actually happen? I went there myself and gave them my information of what I needed. I said I wanted to look into it Before I make the payment. I do my investigation, but I can't find anything concrete. I decide I'm just gonna pay it and walk away. I emailed the accountant, and ask for a link as I injured myself and cannot get myself to their office. She agrees and sends me the link. I see that I'm getting charge an additional fee for using the link, whatever, I pay it. I make the payment and I'm just going to move on with my life even though I later learn that my dentist wrote the wrong tooth number to have the root canal on but the endodontist did it anyways. But we're not done because weeks later, again their accountant calls me and asked me if I made the payment. I tell her that I made the payment a long time ago. And that I see it on my account. She then says that when I made the payment I should have let her know that I made the payment so she can make a note. I don't know what kind of software or what they're using, but that's not my job to tell you when I made a payment. Even though the accountant made me feel attacked. I was gonna walk away and just never come back. But I'm leaving this review because she came back and told me I should have told her that I made a payment. Overall, I felt that they only cared about how to get more money in their pockets. Not if I truly needed the root canal on the wrong tooth. Calling me and hounding me only cemented this feeling.

If you're someone who has dental anxiety, or you've put off going to the dentist for years because…read moreyou're scared, embarrassed, or worried about being judged, this review is for you. I had excellent dental care growing up until I was about 14, but I also had a traumatic experience as a child when I flipped over my bike, knocked several teeth out, and had to be strapped into a chair while a dentist worked on them. That experience stayed with me. After my parents divorced, going to the dentist stopped being a priority, and despite brushing my teeth every day, I avoided dental visits for years. Eventually, I started having tooth pain and assumed I had one bad tooth. It turned out I needed two root canals and multiple fillings. To say I was terrified would be an understatement. One of the biggest fears about returning to the dentist after a long time is the feeling that you'll be judged. Dr. French completely erased that fear. She has been nothing but kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring from day one. She's the type of person who instantly makes you feel comfortable, and honestly, she's just an incredibly cool person. The hygienists and the rest of the staff are just as wonderful. Every single person in the office is warm, welcoming, and makes you feel like they genuinely care about you. The office itself is beautiful and has such a calming atmosphere. Then there's the fear of pain. I can honestly say I experienced virtually none. Dr. French referred me to Dr. Baines at San Jose Endodontics for my root canals, and I couldn't have asked for a better referral. Both root canals were completely painless. They prescribed ibuprofen afterward, and I never even needed it. Back at Willow Glen Dental, I was also genuinely impressed by how much they've invested in technology. It's not just a beautiful office--it feels like they've made a real commitment to giving patients the best experience possible. After my root canals, they digitally scanned my teeth, designed my crowns, and milled them right there in the office. I took about an hour to an hour-and-a-half break, came back, and had both permanent crowns placed that same day. No temporary crowns. No waiting weeks. As someone who hadn't been to the dentist in years, I had no idea dentistry had come this far, and it made the entire process incredibly convenient. The same was true for my fillings and every other procedure I've had. Throughout every appointment, the team made sure I was comfortable, answered every question, and never rushed me. Yesterday I finished the restorative portion of my treatment plan after about a year and a half of care. Dr. French joked, "Last round!" and then laughed that I was probably tired of seeing them. I surprised myself with my response: "Honestly... I used to have really bad dental anxiety, and now I don't." And I truly meant it. That's one of the greatest gifts this office has given me. They didn't just fix my teeth--they completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. I never thought I'd be someone who could walk into a dental appointment feeling relaxed, but that's exactly how I feel now. I've already recommended Willow Glen Dental and Dr. French to several friends, and I'll continue recommending them to anyone who asks. (Just don't book Dr. French too solid--I still need my appointments! ) As long as I live in the Bay Area, this is where I'll be coming for my dental care. Dr. French is nothing short of amazing. I don't know what kind of magic she works, but she's incredible. Thank you, Dr. French, Dr. Baines, and the entire Willow Glen Dental team for giving me back not only my smile, but my confidence and peace of mind. 10/10. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

At my first visit, Dr. Madaan reviewed my sleep study results in detail, explained my options, and recommended the Moses Elite device. After the very first night, I noticed a huge difference: I slept through the night without interruption, and my snoring was almost gone.
