We asked Rays and Sons to come out for an estimate. They came out. Said they'd be back in a week. In that time we NEVER got an estimate so we thought they were coming back to look into it further/troubleshoot a problem and then give an estimate. Nope. They came back out (again, never gave an estimate), did some minor work that looked more like troubleshooting to find out what the work was going to be and then give an estimate. Instead we were hit with a $400 bill for barely any work! Absolutely ridiculous. No way in hell we will ever use them again. This is the second time we've called them for something. The first time seemed pricey but it was work we needed done immediately and didn't have time to look around for a better option. Listen to me when I say take the time and find someone else!

Made a recommendation to replace it. They were out the next day with a new furnace. The installers were prompt, and very personable. We have a very hyper dog. Both installers were never bothered by him and actually made friends quick. They made quick work of the install. But there was an issue with how the old furnace was wired. He gave me a completely different assessment of the issue and asked me to shutdown the system so the house didn't catch fire or we didn't die of carbon monoxide poison! He then offered to run out and get some space heaters. We had Fletchers come out the next day and give us a price and do the install of a new system. If it weren't for their experienced and caring employees our house could have caught fire or we would have been ill/died from Carbon Monoxide poisoning!
