Since there was no urgency, I chose to send via ground delivery. I like that they offer you several options depending on how quickly you need it to arrive. You can also choose to purchase additional insurance depending on the value of your items. Once you've paid the bill, you receive a receipt with a tracking number so you can follow your package on its delivery adventure. It also includes a handy QR code that you can scan. My packages arrived on the day they were expected. They have a small selection of fun greeting cards and packaging supplies. There is a USPS smart locker and a self service area. You can also drop off letter mail at the convenient drive through mail slot.

Unfortunately, I was not the only customer who received this type of treatment. The young couple ahead of me appeared to be unfamiliar with the process of shipping items through the post office. Rather than assisting them patiently, the employee was condescending, dismissive, and seemed to rush them through the interaction. When it was my turn at the counter, I experienced a similarly rude and unhelpful attitude. I had never visited this location before and had a few reasonable questions, but I felt that my questions were brushed off rather than answered courteously.
