The initial golf cart that was delivered did not have seatbelts. We asked for a golf cart with seatbelts (we have small children) and were told by Brandy (the manager) that FL law for Boca Grande does not require seatbelts. They agreed to an exchange, and delivered a golf cart that was at least 25+ years old. PLEASE see attached picture. We frequently vacation and rent golf carts all over Florida and have NEVER had this type of experience. We have golf club memberships and have never seen golf carts this "vintage" in circulation. They are NOT pictured on their website. We strongly suggest other companies, as we paid MORE than other local vendors and received product that is EMBARRASSING to drive.

Located at the corner of Captiva DR and Andy Rosse Lane this is a perfect spot to pick up things you need without going back to Sanibel. In fact, I think it may be the only grocery store in Captiva. It is not huge, but it does have all the essentials including liquor, beer, and wine. They're affiliated with Bailey's General Store in Sanibel ( RIP until they renovate) meaning they've been serving Sanibel and Captiva since 1899. I know that, because it's on my cute General store tote I purchased when visiting recently. Service is welcoming and friendly, as you can expect from an Island store. There is also a small deli for you to order sandwiches if you want an on-the-go beach lunch. I remember walking down Andy Rosse as a kid from the house we rented with my abuelo to get coffee for the house every morning on vacation, and I'm happy this spot still exists to keep the memories going for folks enjoying the island. Wishing the Bailey's and Island store team the most success as they rebuild. During my visit to Florida, I think I ended up visiting about 4 times. During my visits, I purchased pre packaged peanut brittle, fresh baked cinnamon roll ($1.99), hand scooped ice cream (I believe a double scoop was $2.99), an acai bowl ($6.99) and a made fresh to order English muffin sandwich ($3.99). All of the staff was very friendly and didn't dilly dally. Everything was very good. I will definitely be visiting again when I'm in Florida.
