It truly was a pleasure shopping here with the employees. The disgruntled, inconsiderate seasonal traffic not so much. The people who worked here were kind. I once was in check out and went to pay when I realized my debit card was missing. Rather than letting me come back to pay after work, the cashier used a card and paid for my $10 tab herself. So kind. I went back to repay her with a gift but I never did see her again. This Publix truly does care about their community. And it is a pleasure to shop here.

I was standing right there. I defend the exorbitant prices at Publix because it's where I grew up shopping. Unfortunately ever since Sonja left this location it is absolutely horrendous. Customer service needs some attention and Bruce needs a stearn talking to.

I have issue with their T Bone steaks we bought in the third week of April. We always grill the meats we buy and always (until now) got fantastic results. It is poorly managed. You cannot get service at the deli. People in the cooking area look at you and wave through the windows but i csnt get a pound of delicious chicken salad dished out of the case! I witnessed a female manager going over an employee schedule in front of 4 waiting customers! How bout putting on some plastic gloves Ms manager and digging in to customer service? When the cashier opened a new lane because she didnt want me to wait, i ask why that was not the philosophy in the deli. I was told it is really hard in there, they cant keep employees. My suggestion? Make your management WORK. Work deli, work meats, you guys have the best store across the street. Why does it take an outsider to tell you to step up your game? Leadership is the key to success. Head to Publix and see the deli hopping with customer service.

Train your cashiers how to actually do their job. The newbies here (Liza) don't know how to check…read moreout people properly. Specifically, bagging. At checkout, Liza walked around her station, behind me, to select items that were heavy to charge first. Then, she went to the bag turnstyle and took bags over to bag there - FROM THE CONVEYER BELT. WTH? I asked why and she said I didn't put the heavy stuff up front which is how it should be bagged (so it's first in the cart and lighter stuff on top.) This was so inconvenient and slow that I told her, I'll figure it out and to not worry about it. When she started bagging my meats separately, I said, "don't worry about doing that, I don't need a lot of extra bags." So she began putting A TON of stuff in each bag so that there was literally no handles left to pick up the bags. This is just ONE damn thing I'm pissed off about at Walmart today. I'll write another review later.
