I wanted to rip out the 60 Year old floor in my kitchen and have the floor match the existing hardwood floors in the living room and dining room since all the rooms are now open and flow into one another. Another plus is my second floor bedrooms and hallway are hardwood. I did not need my bedrooms done and doing the hallway would not result in matching color. Unlike other contractors I met with for comparison Mitchell had a workaround and suggested putting saddles in each bedroom doorway. No one else suggested that and it worked out great. He did the job in 2 days and at first my fiancée and I were extremely happy. 3-4 weeks later I notice the poly in all the seams threw out the entire house started to turn a milky white and is now peeling off the hardwood. I call David and he comes over the next day. The second he walks into my house he had excuse after excuse on why the floors turned that color, but at this point he tells me he will cal me in 2 weeks to see what he can do. 2 weeks come and go so I decide its time I call him. When I get in touch with David he tells me that its my floors and its not his problem. At this point he tells me "to have a nice life" and then hangs up on me.
