I've been seeing Alyssa for about 6 years and I completely trust her with my hair. She always picks the perfect color for the season, and I leave looking amazing every time. She's great with reschedules, can squeeze me in last minute, and reaches out if I haven't been in a while. She never judges when I show up with more grays than I should, and her coloring and glossing always make my hair look incredible. I wouldn't see anyone else, except Lauren those couple of times!

Have you ever been to a salon that charges you $120 for a single process color and then tacks on a…read more$28 fee for the hair dye?!?!?! What a rip off! They claim they're being transparent - ha - sounds like greed. As others have written, you ask for a specific color and the stylist colors your hair with their choice. I now have a dark band of hair at my roots that will take years to grow out. I specifically told the stylist that I use 6N, instead she went darker with a 5 and now I'm stuck with this dark band. I went to another salon to try and get the incorrect color lifted. Forty five minutes of hair color CPR did nothing, concluding that she DID NOT use a semi-permanent dye as requested. Talk about total incompetence!!!!!!!!! You might have to take an uber from where you are able to find parking. The salon has no parking, side streets are for apartment renters and the street they direct you to park on is bumper to bumper with parked cars from other businesses. Be prepared to be VERY disappointed if you decide to make an appointment here.
