They blatantly tell you that if u lose ur phone you're out of luck. They also have a 3rd party delivery service, Fetch, that has lost 4 packages of mine in 2 weeks. Amazon, Walmart, etc can't get into the building to deliver so you're FORCED to use this unreliable service. The water fountain doesn't work in front, the trash bin is extremely far from the units, and it takes 10-15 minutes just to get outside of the building. I won't be renewing my lease. Only been here 2 weeks and I am ready to MOVE OUT ASAP!!!

They were assgined the moving date, but 1 week before moving, nobody contacted them. when I contacted the apartment, they said the apartment is not ready and they forgot to tell us. Fine, they moved our moving date 2 weeks after. Again, no contact, no call, I had to call them again and they said it's not ready. They moved moving dates for another week or 2. All they can explain is they CANNOT forseen it. At the moving, they didn't mention how to get in the door and other service to my family and they know my family did not speak english well. My family have to come back again to ask how to get in the front door. The front desk took his phone to help him to install the app. When my cousin got home, he saw the google website on with 5 star reviews. What a coincidence. Be careful with your cell phone. I wanted to let it go. but agian, my family car got towed. They said my cousin parked the weong way. Wow I have lived at too many apartments before but nobody show you how to park and they never get towed because of that reason. They made my cousin to pay $50 to get the car back. I called to complain and she hung up on me. Great service again. Came to pick up the car and my cousin was asked to pay $215. Called the apartment again and she said that we called the wrong company and nothing she can do to help. Stay away from this place.

The kitchen was small, but all in all we did like this place. We didn't end up picking Green Meadows but it was a runner up. I wasn't a fan of the lack of grass and dog poop everywhere. Be careful moving here if you are a single female black renter. I am a law student and moved here 3…read more1/2 weeks ago and the apartment itself is beautiful but how they handled complaints of harassment as a black female is unprofessional. This is coming from had worked with a prestigious brokerage in Chicago and having lived in beautiful places. I complained about the female tenant who lived above me who was purposely stomping and throwing things on the floor which is my ceiling and was told by the leasing employee Eric to confront the white female tenant and or call the police and I did. After I called the police and filed a harassment I was then given a lease violation. I was also hung up on by a male leasing agent who claimed it was okay for my private area to not be cleaned properly based on the water not being hot. He stated he was Hispanic so it didn't matter. I was informed by a licensed realtor that previously worked here they often times try and put files and evictions on black female tenant files. So I am not surprised by the action. They also allow dogs to roam freely in common areas and do not enforce the picking up of the their feces by their owners. The apartment is cute however the harassment is non stop and I am an Army veteran law student who's career is based on facts.

I visited the area and did a walk through and then went back to Florida to apply. Everything else was viewed online and when I arrived this is not the unit I viewed in person and online. Countertops were different, I have an INFESTATION in my stove. Since I've been here we've changed property managers. Both have been advice of my issue SINCE DAY 1!! I've took pictures, I've wrote emails, I've called the office and corporate! NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED. Every time I wrote a complaint they made it seem as if I was the only one. However, my neighbor under me moved out within 2 months of moving in for the same issue! The neighbor was a EXTERMINATOR!!! Now that's says a lot! She couldn't even control it. They will lie and say they are spraying something else but in reality it's the same thing they are spraying. I found one in my bed on my pillow! Emailed the property manager and I was promised the issue would be resolved. They won't be consistent bc I was promised to have them here every two weeks and I haven't had any one come in to spray for almost 2months now. And they only spray when I complain knowing that this is a problem! Please listen to these reviews when they say they have an infestation problem! They drag it across all the units bc once you leave they replace amenities with other units and transfer all types of bugs!

The gate was never broken and felt secure. Even when my a/c went out in the summer., it was fixed in the same day. I will say I loved my unit mainly due to the loft upstairs and the top floor location, but the complex was mainly quiet and Ms Galvez and Mr Everest always took care of up until the day I turned my keys in. Only change I would make would be the laundry machines. Due to their size it always took a while to finish washing, but it was great to have them in unit!
