There is an online chat function that also sends an email whenever there is a new message. Everything was super smooth and very responsive. We closed during SNOVID, so they were still responding from home with limited email/power/water/etc. We were able to coordinate and close remotely and get the file funded shortly there after. At the interview i asked specifically if the rate was a monthly rate or a daily rate, and the answer was monthly. It was explained that it didn't matter if the month had 28, 30 or 31 days, the rate was the same. Then when March rolled around, I got a bill for an extra day. I did not get a credit for two days for February, but I got billed and was forced to pay the extra days for the months with 31 days. So it's a daily rate, but only in the months with 31 days. Otherwise, the apartment was nice, the furnishings were good, and there were no other hassles.

Unlike some of the other companies I've stayed with, they didn't require me to pay for a full month in the very last month of my term. They prorated the monthly amount based on the number of days I stayed in that month. Their furnished apartment was well decorated and furnished and in a safe, gated property. Best part was that I received my entire security deposit back within 30 days of my check-out. No hassles. No constant following up. I've had a lot of problems recovering deposits from other corporate housing companies in the past. I'm already set to stay with them going forward and my company is utilizing them for some of our other employees who will be working on a project.
