I have been to the Campbell location twice now. The first time was rather pleasant and I walked away with a decent cut from Stephanie. The second time, however, was absolutely terrible. I booked an appointment online with Erik. I arrived to my appointment and was seated for my haircut on time. I showed Erik a picture of the short haircut I was looking for and asked him to cut it as short as possible on the sides and back. I didn't think "as short as possible" left much to interpretation and expected a no-guard shave. With my back to the mirror the entire time, I couldn't really tell how much progress was being made. When he finally spun me around, I was met with disappointment. The back and sides were still much longer than I wanted, and the only part he cut on the top was the front. The top middle and top back of my hair was the same length as when I had walked in. I told him I wanted it to be much shorter and I was met with his response of "Well, I don't have time to fix it." I was speechless at that point as I have never been talked to like that from an establishment that seemingly prides itself on it's customer relations. I didn't feel like contesting this remark and simply paid my bill and left. Erik's closing remarks hit me as rather ironic: "Hey man, next time I'll get it cut shorter for you." I don't think there will be a next time. read more

I came to Hudson hawk on recommendation of a friend. My buddy couldn't say enough good about it so I figured it was time for a haircut so I went in. I've never been so impressed or more happy with a cut. service is extremely quick and the employees all talk to you in a chilled out attitude like they know you. you really feel like you fit in. the barbers all feel like professionals who know what they're doing who offer great suggestions on how you can alter your hairstyle to fit you better. They go all out giving you a shampoo cut hot towel shave with a straight razor and more for one low price. I always leave a hefty tip. and have purchased hair products from them as their recommendations suggested. I've been very pleased with everything. the only negative thing I have is they are so popular it's hard to get a same day appointment. read more

I've seen and heard of HH but never really had a need for such a place as I typically "cut" my own hair. I grew my hair and beard out and my fiance wanted me to keep it for our wedding and I of course wanted to look my best for our wedding. I made an appointment and went to the South Campbell location. Tyler (Ty) was my barber. He did a fantastic job of cutting my hair and cleaning up my beard. He was very nice and professional. I am very happy with the friendliness and level of service I received and will be back. Also really appreciate the service member discount they have recently implemented. read more

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Hudson Hawk (on South Campbell) today! My barber, Mia, was incredible. I decided to update my style, and Mia totally nailed it. She listened to what I wanted, offered some great suggestions, and the execution was flawless. I'm so thrilled with my new look - it's exactly what I was hoping for and more! The atmosphere at Hudson Hawk is always great, but Mia's skills really made this visit stand out. Highly recommend, especially if you're looking for a change and want a barber who can seamlessly bring your vision to life! read more

All the barbers are pretty great a what they do and you can see the passion they have for their work. They all take their time and make sure that you feel good about your hair or shave. When my father and brothers are in town we have some guy time by going in to get our hair cut and a good shave. Big shout out to my barber Niki Reyes(Downtown shop) and to my sons barber Jas Thomas (Campbell shop). Thank you both for getting to know us and giving us a great experience each time we go to get our hair cut. read more

I started going to the Downtown location and was blown away how much better a cut I get from barbers who just cut men's hairstyles. They have helped me for a couple years now and I've followed my cutter (Dustin) to the Campbell location. I highly recommend HH for convenience, excellent service and even friendship with guys I look forward to seeing...Stay Sharp! read more

Normally I'm nervous about getting a haircut, half of the time I would walk away 2nd guessing what had happened and regretting getting the haircut. At Hudson Hawk this was different. I walked away feeling really good about my haircut, and I got a lot of really good compliments the next day at work! Definitely making this my new go to place for a great haircut! read more

I've been going to Hudson Hawk for 3 1/2 years. Dustin S. is my go-to guy for the last three. These are the best, most professional looking haircuts I've ever received, and I've lived in San Diego, Minneapolis, and Washington, DC. The energy and atmosphere of this group is excellent. Jason was great with my son. He educated him on what to do to take care of his hair. And the experience and cut was outstanding. Mom's can not always give their sons advice that is well received. Jason was a good listener and treated my son with respect. He was a true professional. read more

Jason Stevens knocked it out of the park. When I say that this was the best barber shop experience that I've ever had I am not exaggerating at all. Jason took a shaggy mat of hair and turned into exactly what I wanted. Truly an artist, thanks for the spectacular service. Bravo. read more
