They have inside seating. They have different specials that you can take advantage of. We shared the cod platter that came with two pieces of cod, four shrimp and two sides. We added the cheese bites as an appetizer and an extra side hush puppies. It was a lot of food for us. The food was just as I remembered. The cod pieces were large. The shrimp breading was a little too thick for me. I did take the breading off and just ate the shrimp. The hush puppies were great. I love their Cole slaw. It's the creamy kind. The fries were already cold by the time we got them so they weren't that great. The drink station has several drinks, but only two diet drinks and they don't have tea. They do charge for water. The condiments station has Tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, marinara sauce, and barbecue sauce. Staff were friendly. Your order with a cashier and someone brings you your food out when ready.

The major issue was with the food, and well, the lack of identity. I ordered a Burrito to go and lemonade. Eagle Pass has a few restaurants that have amazing lemonade; this was not one of them. The lemonade was warm, even though it was on ice, and my first sip I almost swallowed a seed. The burrito was a hearty size, but I wish it was smaller, that way I would not have felt as bad about getting rid of it. The entire thing was burnt. Not just the tortilla , the steak ad beans as well. It was extremely unpleasant. I'm just glad I went by myself because I would have hated to put more money into such an awful meal. The food needs to improve here greatly if they hope to continue to attract people in, as it is not in a convenient location. One has to make an effort to go to this establishment. They also need to band better. The sign on the building say Los Güeros but the inside says Elote Factory. Then some of the window dressing says something about a donkey. It's really confusing. A group of us were in town working on Easter Sunday and started looking for a place open that day. We decided to drive 45 min and give this place a try. I am happy we did. Selena, her family, and her staff welcomed us in, and within a short time, we felt like we were at a friend's house. The food is worth a 45-minute drive, but getting to meet and hang out with Selena and her family is worth a flight and hotel stay!
