He told me my meter was outdated as the requirements changed about a year ago but it's not something I need to replace right now so he waited for a tech to come out so he could explain what needs to be replaced and I could get a quote without any confusion. I had to call them five times before they finally sent someone. Turns out the salesman hadn't secured the door properly, so the safety switch never engaged -- a super easy fix. We had a cold night with small kids in the house and they showed zero urgency fixing a problem they caused. Their quote was also the highest I got. I don't blame the salesman for the mistake, but the company doesn't stand behind their work at all. I'd never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
