The pizza was handed to us right from the oven. Piping hot! That baby was loaded with cheese. Not one dry spot on the pizza! It did cool a bit by the time we got home but the cheese pull was still there! For a grocery store pizza, it's actually pretty good! This pizza was 10 bucks and an extra dollar to have them bake it for you. Can't go wrong with an 11 dollar pizza. No delivery fee. No tip needed. You cactus beat that!

Preferred items that beat out competitors - sushi, fried chicken, deli cheeses selection, premade pizza to bake at home, and bakery breads and bagels baked in store. I prefer their fresh baked bagels to any speciality bagel store. Items lacking - deli sliced meats not great and lack of cake offerings, plus the packaged bakery baked sweets not that great. Lower selection of some item variety but not that many items I cannot find. Love the produce area, good quality and prices. Paper towels are my fav, price is so low! Staples are cheaper here (canned, jars, dry items like pasta, oatmeal, peanut butter, etc.) than anywhere else. Great selection of grab and go meals at excellent prices. Prices have been terrible on eggs here lately. Watch signs for a price for 1 box of eggs but in small print they charge much more for the 2nd or more box of eggs the same size. If you're too lazy to acknowledge a customer or say hello or thank you - and im the one saying hello and thank you- that really rubs me the wrong way. And if someone asks you a question and you say "I don't know," that shouldn't end without a sincere effort to find that answer. Learn about your job so you can answer that question next time. "I don't know let me find out for you/figure it out". Try to find a solution for the customer. I don't know is another excuse to do the bare minimum. This type of stuff wouldn't fly 10 or 20 years ago, bring back good customer service in 2022. These guys are not the only ones who do this; its pervasive. It's natural that if you don't improve at your job you will be even more miserable. Just some life advice. Plus, someone could be having a really bad day, and just a simple smile or friendly demeanor could mean a lot. As of recently, last 2 visits which were after 8 p.m. ive been treated so terribly by a new employee of at least new to me. The last experience I had to use the self check out which I absolutely hate. Nothing ever goes well and this night was no different except for the rude treatment from this employee. She treated me like I was an idiot and made it very clear that I was getting on her nerves because she had to help me several times. Well tonite I got to be checked out by her again. I stood at the #1 checkout for several minutes while she swept the new self checkout area. She looked at me a couple of times and continued to sweep like I wssnt there. A younger girl that bags and brings in carts asked if I had been helped to which I replied NO and pointed to Diesta or something similar to that name and told her she had ignored me. She approached her and told her I was needing checkout out and she told her she was busy talking to a customer which by the way had barely started talking with her. She finally checked me out with what seemed like disgust. I dont know why she would be so nasty and rude to me but ill make sure and not shop at this time of night anymore!!​

I've never seen him without a smile on his face and he always gives you a wave if he's outside. If you need anything they are more than willing to get it in for you and make sure you're taken care of. There aren't many hometown stores or people like them anymore and I always look forward to going in, getting my stuff and enjoying a chat with everyone in there! You're not walking around perpendicular aisles spending 80% of the time just meandering around. The parallel aisles make it very easy to weave in and out. 90% of the time, they have what I need, and if not there is a clear alternative option available. My few negatives that I do have with this store- They seem to stock at what I believe to be inconvenient times (but I also think that is just my luck for when I do my shopping). I go at around 9-10 on Sundays which seems to be their busiest time to stock the shelves. I know it's not a 24 hour location, but I would think stocking in the early mornings or maybe even weekdays would also make it easier for the employees! I used to do delivery because of the convenience, until they started being "out of stock" of a lot of the product that said it was in stock in the app; the app also says what's out of stock.. not their fault as their just trying to be efficient, but the in-store shoppers also don't have quality control. So I definitely learned that instead of being upset at them, I needed to just get my behind up and do the shopping myself. One of my friends came into the store to return a few cans of unopened cat food and when he was…read moretold that "they had never returned anything in the history of Logans" he complained in a raised voice. There was no physical reaction from him whatsoever. The lady who waited on him decided to throw him out of the store. She then called the police on him who showed up at his house 30 minutes later to inform him that he was no longer allowed in the store. When he told the police officer that he banked there he was informed that he would need to go to Ontario to do that as well. My friend is a Vietnam Veteran. He was thrown out of Logans on Veteran's Day for making a simple comment when he couldn't return cat food. I'm so glad that I don't shop at Logans. I will let everyone I know how they treat Veterans on their day of the year, to do the same. Rather unpatriotic. Shame on anyone involved in this issue.
