It is in a converted chapel (pun intended) with a high ceiling, stained glass windows and a balcony. Apparently it's a chain. It seems to be very popular with groups of teenagers. One particularly large group came in sitting closely around two tables put together oblivious to any coronavirus concerns.
Surprisingly the restaurant has Brooklyn beer on tap- being from Brooklyn that was interesting, though I opted for a local Cornish brew.
We each had their Super Hub Salad £8.95. It has tabbouleh, marinated chickpeas, kale, roasted butternut squash and beetroot, fattoush, pomegranate and pumpkin seeds.
We shared a Mezze Board £6.95- Hummus, baba ganoush & tabbouleh served with grilled flatbread. The food was good. read more
