I came here during the week for Happy Hour $10.00 Hookah and $6.00 Wings. I came here a few years ago with a friend and the improvement of this place is much better. The new owners really out did themselves with the decor inside. Full Bar for you to order a drink and food as well. It gets pretty crowded even during the week. The ambience that night was chilled and with good energy. The guy that took my order and off he went into the back. It took him a minute to return. It was all good because the energy was nice. I ordered the 6 wings and was a little disappointed. Burnt on the outside and not fully done in the inside. There is other food choices on the menu as well. I should have followed my mind and ordered just the fries. I have been to other hookah places, and this seems to be the only one that serves cocktail drinks and food. They have many hookah flavors for you to choose. I went with a very mild tropical flavor which was really delicious. Well, needed after a stressful day at work. I heard that they no longer have the $10.00 Hookah Happy Hour. Which is a bummer because that was a good deal. I guess all good things must come to an end. Now that they have built up their business. We had a time last night! My best friend and I wanted to try a new Hookah spot in Chicago and this place had great reviews. The vibe and artwork was very chill. It was a Thursday night so it wasn't too packed. Zach took great care of us. He recommended flavor mixes and kept the fresh coals coming. We didn't order drinks until after an hour and a half of smoking. The great thing about this place is that they have food, hookah, and alcohol. Came here the other day for the first time ever, and it was also the first time I even smoked hookah for like 3 years at least. This hookah bar is so clean and nice inside, and the booths are so comfortable. I have gone to different hookah bars, but this one had by far the smoothest hits and the wait staff is very attentive and friendly. My friend ordered the boom boom shrimp which smelled amazing and she said was delicious. I didn't try them, but I'd definitely try them next time. We also ordered the shawarma fries (not sure I'd that's exactly what it's called here) but I 100% recommend them. They have shawarma, feta cheese, and radishes all over them, and although I hate feta cheese, they don't crumble the cheese and instead cut it into blocks, so it's easy to go around it (my friend loves feta so I couldn't ask for none haha). Our hookah was good and we went with basic orange. Like I said before, the hookah gave extremely smooth hits and the flavor was good. They came around to change our coals, and to share a hookah was $16. It's nice because 3 people can share one hookah at this place, when most cap you at 2 people. This place has street parking, so it maybe crowded on the weekends. This place usually closes at midnight but on Saturday's it closes at 2AM for those who want to stay out longer. The food is decent and give huge portions. We ordered the chicken sandwich and dessert! If u have a sweet tooth, the brownie Sunday is amazing! My boyfriend and I got one and he needed to order another one. The hookahs are alright, it is weird that they not provide tongs for the hookahs. And they don't really walk around to replace the coals with new ones. When we were paying, they couldn't really split the check and I could see that they were getting frustrated with us. Ambience is amazing, as well as service. It is a great place to go with a group of friends or an intimate setting. The food is great too.

By far one of my favorite lounges in the city. They take reservations, which I recommend doing because they filled up pretty quickly for so early on a Friday night (I arrived at 7, place was nearly full by 8:30). The service is really quick and all the waiters are very accommodating. As soon as we sat down, someone was by to bring water and menus. The waiters are also really on top of things in the sense that they keep an eye out for their tables. As soon as my friend or I looked up/searched for our waitress, she swooped by within a minute each time. Prices for hookah ($16 for 2 people sharing one) and small dishes ($8-$11) are decent, but "larger" plates are a tad overpriced in my opinion ($15-25 for pretty small plates). The saving grace is that their food is really tasty and seems very fresh, which was a little surprising considering it's a hookah lounge. Tip: bring a scarf or sweater! This place is pretty cold for sitting around in a shortsleeved top, which gets pretty uncomfortable after a while. read more

I came here last night after dinner with my boyfriend, so this review is strictly based on the hookah component. We were lucky to get a table because all but one were reserved for the evening but the table was right near the door. I never took my coat off and then after a while, staff opened a window right near us to ease ventilation of the vapor and I was really cold for the rest of the evening. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, however, and when a table freed up farther from the door they moved us there. The flavor of the hookah was very good- we got pirate's cove ($16)- and it lasted for a solid hour and a half with two people smoking. The only other criticism I have is that there were no couches... it is very much a restaurant in terms of vibe and not like other hookah bars I've been to that have comfy couches and chairs. read more

The service was the best i've ever had in a hookah bar.. the waitress was very attentive and always had a big smile on her face. Hummus was delish; it had a little kick to it, maybe like they blend roasted red pepper with it. They brought us extra bread with no problems. Now the WINGS... You have to try them. Whenever I want to smoke hookah in Chicago, I go to Hubble. I love Hubble, it's my favorite Hookah spot. Friday and Saturday nights, make reservations! I cannot stress making reservations on Fridays and Saturdays enough, they get busy. Any other night of the week you should be alright without one, but I try to call ahead anyway. Hubble is simple yet elegant without feeling the need to dress up. If you want to throw on your night out clothes you can, some people go in a t-shirt and jeans. It's really up to you. They do have staff go around to check and change your coals which is nice. The staff are friendly. I can't say anything bad about the staff. I haven't had a bad experience with the staff ever. If you're having trouble picking between hookah flavors, ask your server. They'll take your order and recommend flavors that will compliment your food. Hubble has food! I've had food I haven't liked at Hubble, but food I've loved. I actually just had their firecracker shrimp and I am very happy. They also have nice hummus. I didn't care much for their bannas foster, but their brownie parfait was nice. My buddy I usually go with always gets a Chai Tea Latte. She is a huge fan of chai and she says they make a good chai tea latte. Hubble can seat large groups. Hubble has a bunch of tables that seat four people, but they can push them together, seat you in a booth to fit five to six people, seven or more and you'll get one of the large oval booths in the center. I think that's how it works. Large groups call ahead so they can reserve a spot for you, just like any restaurant. Hubble has a wide variety of hookah flavors, mainly Star Buzz flavors. My personal favorites are Queen of Sex and Blue Mist. I'm not even sure I can describe what Blue Mist tastes like, it's just a flavor I enjoy very much. One hookah is $15, and they can mix flavors for $2 extra. The only real downside to Hubble is that it isn't exactly public transit friendly. I can't just hop of an L line and walk a few blocks. So I only go when my friends can manage a car. The bathrooms are in the back and only allow one person at a time. Hubble is perfect for friends, dates, or relaxing and eating after a stressful day. If you're going North on Harlem, look for Taco Burrito King and that's when you should start looking for parking. Hubble is just another block up from there if I'm not mistaken. Hubble has a long maroon awning with white text that says Hubble Hookah with a hookah in between Hubble and Hookah. Hubble is my favorite hookah spot in Chicago. There is food, the decor is simple and elegant while still being casual, the staff are really friendly, and they can seat large groups. Your reservation will be canceled if you're fifteen minutes late without giving them a call. I've only had this happen once and they were super packed that night. I understood, but it was a little bit of a let down. I'd suggest Hubble to anyone who enjoys Hookah, even bring first timers. Remember, you're going out to smoke hookah, so relax, and if they're packed, they'll seat you as soon as they can. read more

It is extremely well ventilated. You could bring a non-hookah-smoker here and they'd have no problem. I started off with a Tangerine Wheat Craft Beer, my friend, a martini. The craft beer was ice cold and tasted like a craft beer should. My friend commented on the balance of the martini. All the flavors/liquor complemented each other. I decided to scan the menu and find something we could share. We decided on the Spinach and Artichoke dip. It was served warm with warm pita chips to dip. Now, let's get down to the shisha! I started off with the Code 69, my friend the Watermelon Freeze. The service was pretty slow getting our hookahs to the table. My spinach and artichoke dip beat our hookahs to the table. We enjoyed casual conversation while sipping our drinks and smoking on the hookah. It was excellent just relaxing with a drink and smoking. After another drink or two, I decided to order dinner. I settled on the Beef Sandwich. It was served in a pita and was huge. The seasoning of the meat was incredible. It was also the most tender beef I've ever had. Stuffed inside the pita was also fresh lettuce, special dressing, tomato, cucumber, and onion. It was phenomenal. It came with the BEST hand-cut seasoned fries. It was incredible. I was blown away by how amazing the food was! My friend and I enjoyed some more hookah and really enjoyed the whole atmosphere and experience. This is my to-go place for hookah and good food. Their shrimp and calamari are tasty! Their middle eastern cuisine is good, but it can be better. Been coming here for as long as I can remember. I've been smoking since I was a teen and I love well made hookah. This place knows how to make a good one and it can last for hours. Their prices for it is also very affordable. The reason why I gave them 4 and not 5 is because their service can be slow sometimes. And they're always rushing to get your order and get going. I know it can get hectic sometimes (I was a waitress once and I know how it feels when there's short staff on a chaotic and busy day) but I think they'll be better if they got extra help and make it easy for the workers since it can get busy. What an amazing spot! I usually don't come to this area, but my friend and I decided to meet in the middle and she's been there before. First of all, it's a cozy hookah place, great atmosphere, dim lights, decorations and lovely vibe. They serve hookah, alcohol and food! This is by far the best hookah place in Chicago. The reason being is because it has LOTS of consistency and organization, which is shown throughout their work. This is the type of hookah bar that does card at the door and follows everything by the book. The food here is amazing and tastes absolutely delicious. Very competitive in taste with authentic Arabian food (this is a good thing). They also have the most delicious almond tea that is a must have when I go here.
