She was attentive, took her time to listen and see exactly what was bothering me and then focused only where I wanted her to massage for the entire hour. I was 80% better at the end of the massage and 100% better the next day. In addition to the excellent massage I found the whole experience very calming. The Center was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and had a very homey feeling. This was a very refreshing experience as the only other place I had gone for a massage in town was at an overpriced, uptight day spa where I felt rushed and had a terrible massage.. She wore a mask so I put one on too which didn't bother me. I started on my left side, then switched to right and finally she helped me prop up in almost a sitting position with pillows under both arms.
