Typically, I go here a lot. I love the tea usually everybody's very nice that works at the store I get coffees. I get teas. I go there today to get a pistachio coffee and a green tea. I go to the driveway window to pay and the lady hand At register hands me a Matcha latte and says it's coffee. I say I kindly give it back. I say no ma'am it is not this is a Matcha latte and not a coffee. It's not even the same color. She's very rude to me. It says the name of my ticket is Rosa R she hand it back to me, kind of aggressively through the window and says yes it is. I say no ma'am it's not. Can I have my coffee I paid 6$ for she's finally goes back there to get it fixed. Brings it back out. Doesn't say anything to me she shoves it in my hand again for second time and I Drive off .I think that if you make a mistake or you don't know the difference between the drinks you're serving somebody. Maybe you shouldn't work there if you're not someone that's very nice to customers. this is a very disappointing experience as I go there quite often. read more

Once you pick your favorite of the day, you can add lemon, orange or lime which are packed in small cups including the date, to ensure you get it fresh. I am honestly really bothered by my only experience here. Especially considering that my experience at HteaO in other towns has been great. I came in and found that they offer coffee now so I decided to order one. While my order was being taken, by someone named Albert, he decided to help someone with I'm guessing the coffee maker. He asked someone else to finish taking my order and to charge me for the iced coffee. I then paid and waited for my coffee. And waited. And waited. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue for me but I was visiting for the holiday and had my wife, 5 month old and dog waiting in the car for me. I ended up leaving without my coffee that was paid for. My loss I guess but I believe if there was an issue with the coffee machine, they should have told me it was going to take as long as it did so I could decide if I was willing to wait, rather than taking my payment and keeping me there only to end up leaving without my drink. read more

For anywhere, this place is awesome. For Del Rio? Absolutely stunning. Walk inside, it's delightful. They have 20+ teas for self serve, choose your cup, mix, match, experiment, whatevs. They also have lil tasting cups so you can check everything out. They have sweet and unsweet versions of almost everything. Yay, unsweet! But ima tell you, the mix is the bomb. I asked them to fix me a half gallon of two thirds this and one third that... Stopped in as a coffee drinker attempting to understand the tea obsession. I definitely was appreciative of the service however the pricing and value just didn't add up. Quality of the tea was lacking and seemed more commercialized with emphasis on presentation and creative flavor offerings. Wouldn't be going back but if you're into flavored sweet beverages, it's worth checking out for yourself read more

I LOVE Hteao it is absolutely amazing and wonderful they have so many flavors of tea an they also have coffee plus chi tea you can buy tea packets to make tea at home and have water bottles and gummy's and chips and you can even get gallons of tea and water and ice that's purified this is probably my favorite place in the world I would definitely recommend!!! The service is awesome. All the staff members are so kind I love it!!!! I don't have anywhere to sit because of the tea place, but they have a drive-through and walk in but the sizes are amazing they have small, medium, large, huge, small gallon, half a gallon,and a gallon I pretty sure! please check it out it is amazing! read more
