I understand that boxing week can overwhelm some retail workers but I didn't see a policy about not photographing or texting in the store, and if I missed one there are certainly more polite ways of telling me and definitely more respectful ways of enforcing it. I went online to send a complaint to the owners and I see that same saleswoman is the manager! Lots is written on their website about the importance of professionalism but I believe they need to re-train Ms. Clowater if they want their whole team to be on that same page.
