I came into this branch - not my local - because i couldn't access my HSBC app, I'd tried everything! I was greeted over the counter by David who could not have been anymore helpful. A very clean well maintained and friendly branch of HSBC with several on site banking specialists in addition to a dedicated business banking team. This branch offers a useful combination of a traditional banking service alongside the more modern automated service. Want a full statement on A4 paper simply prnt it out of the statement machine. Theres no charge for this service. Want to deposit your money in person to another person then you can do that too alteratively you can do everything via machine. There are always plenty of knowledgeable staff on hand to help if you have any questions. read more
