The branch offers the facility to deposit cash and cheques as well as make withdrwal requests over the counter. They also offer a foreign currency service in addition to travellers cheques. It is also possible to open accounts att his branch as well as purchasing mortgages and life insurance policies. The branch has a hearing induction loop for those with hearing aids. This particular branch does not open until 9:45am on Wednesdays. On all other days it opens at 9am.

This is the main Wrexham Branch. I use it often for the cash machine inside to deposit money. There…read moreare 2 machines outside and 2 inside. The ones inside I much prefer as there isn't someone wealking past you all the time. There are a lot of tills but still there is usually quite a long queue - so I use the machine if possible. The staff on the tills are OK - some are more friendly than others! The staff on the enquiry desk are usually very helpful and know a lot about their job. I had a finaicial review hereonce where I was taken into a room upstairs and we went through my accounts to see if they could be bettered. this was a useful exercise. The building is quite big and roomy, so this is nice - you're not standing on top of one another.

The enquiry desk is by the front door and is usually manned. I have always found them very helpful and pleasnat when tryig to open an account or whatever. They now have a machine inside so that you can do some transactions yourself - which saves queuing.
