Such a professional staff in this branch; they are it's greatest asset and it is to be hoped that Barclays realise this. So good to see the same faces and know that any queries are going to be dealt with by 'accountable' people instead of the 'faceless' staff so many companies hide behind these days. Always helpful and cheerful. Sometimes queues at busy times, but they do seem to acknowledge this and pull extra staff through from the back where available to deal with this. I have high expectations where customer service is concerned, but even I am impressed with this bunch! read more
