There are plenty of manned counters in addition to a foreign exchange service and an enormous waiting area with a vast array of leaflets covering all the services on offer. The branch is disabled friendly with automatic doors and a wide internal ramp. Outside there are two covered cashpoints so you can withdrw your money without getting wet on a rainy day. The branch is a litttle bit out of the way but worth the short walk across the market place.

The ones inside I much prefer as there isn't someone wealking past you all the time. There are a lot of tills but still there is usually quite a long queue - so I use the machine if possible. The staff on the tills are OK - some are more friendly than others! The staff on the enquiry desk are usually very helpful and know a lot about their job. I had a finaicial review hereonce where I was taken into a room upstairs and we went through my accounts to see if they could be bettered. this was a useful exercise. The building is quite big and roomy, so this is nice - you're not standing on top of one another.
