It is also possible to open accounts att his branch as well as purchasing mortgages and life insurance policies. The branch has a hearing induction loop for those with hearing aids. This particular branch does not open until 9:45am on Wednesdays. On all other days it opens at 9am.

This enormous branch of NatWest offers absolutely every NatWeat service under on roof. Its home to…read moreall thier specialist advisers who can assist with mortgages, loans, new accounts, existing accounts, financial reviews and business banking. There are plenty of manned counters in addition to a foreign exchange service and an enormous waiting area with a vast array of leaflets covering all the services on offer. The branch is disabled friendly with automatic doors and a wide internal ramp. Outside there are two covered cashpoints so you can withdrw your money without getting wet on a rainy day. The branch is a litttle bit out of the way but worth the short walk across the market place.

The ones inside I much prefer as there isn't someone wealking past you all the time. There are a lot of tills but still there is usually quite a long queue - so I use the machine if possible. The staff on the tills are OK - some are more friendly than others! The staff on the enquiry desk are usually very helpful and know a lot about their job. I had a finaicial review hereonce where I was taken into a room upstairs and we went through my accounts to see if they could be bettered. this was a useful exercise. The building is quite big and roomy, so this is nice - you're not standing on top of one another.
