This has been my main bank since an argument with Natwest in 1978. (That was an I'll take my overdraft elsewhere, thank you moment!)
They have been more than helpful at all times since then, up to and including helping when my parents died. I treated it as an old style bank and just asked for an interview for some advice. I was seen by one of the senior management who gave me a list of suitable solicitors and helped sort out all the paperwork appertaining to the accounts held by my father (he died latest).
Afterwards, I was given excellent advice on how to invest any spare money I had, due to various things. This extended to helping with cashing this inwhen buying our pub. They advised us against this quite strongly, but then helped as much as possible. A superb service all round.
