I had a problem with my Secure Key, and, as there is now no HSBC branch in Hartlepool, i contacted customer service in India?
I found, after 3 wasted telephone calls that i may as well not bothered with, due mainly to language difficulties. Twice, i was sent 2 Secure Keys, both of which turned out to be faulty.
I then decided to see a Bank manager. The HSBC Guisborough was the nearest which had good parking facilities nearby.
