He was spot on to notice my flat feet and went out of his way to ensure that the show I purchased not only looked good but would be the correct fit and support for me. During our encounter he never tried to up sell me or pressure me into a more expensive pair in fact he did the opposite. I was then told a 10% discount was all that could be given for USED shoes that should have never been put back on the shelf. Retuned the shoes and was never even asked why I was returning them. I'm sure they'll be put right back on the shelf!
