The operation was successful, and for that I can highly recommend each and every person involved in my stay, from the doctors, to the nurses, to the technicians, to the cleaning personnel. I calculated that I interacted with over 100 people during my stay, and every one of them was cheerful, pleasant and encouraging, even at 3 am when there is a need to draw blood. Nobody likes to be hospitalzed, but, if you find yourself in need of cardiac care, you could not do any better than the care I received at Vassar Brothers... Five stars!

Nearly immediately checked with procedures and sent us to X~ray registration on level one lobby. ( this seemed like the only redundant process) there was no line, so we were able to check in quickly with the friendly desk representative who knew we were on our way- Good communication between Kelly at Dr Choi's office and Radiology reception. Within minutes we were on the way to 2nd floor radiology. RADIOLOGY: smooth arrival experience ( I recommend that you snap a photo of your script for your records before handing it over. They were accommodating for this when we asked, this may save time from having to ask for records later. WAITING: one other patient was in the waiting room when we arrived. The waiting room is organized, well lit, and clean. There is a TV The wait was reasonable and brief about 7 minutes. Once you get into the correct parking lot don't get complacent. The elevators are not marked with the departments beside the buttons. Thinking I was already on the first floor, I push the LL button only to find out that the first floor is a lower floor and the second floor is the main floor.
