These people are TREMENDOUS. while I understand that others may have a paused perspective, all I can tell you is that this company stood by us through many renovation repair delays, and when we finally were able to commit to a water delivery date, they adjusted their schedules and provided everything we needed So while our story is not important, I can tell you that we had many hiccups with the renovation company, and each and every time Aqua Duck adjusted and provided the services we required. In the end, what provided me most with confidence with their services what my call with them this afternoon, when our pool was delayed because of the reno company, and their staff adjusted and when I questioned whether they would be able to do the pool fill this evening their response was that "well, we don't stop until the last customer's water request has been filled." It's 8 PM, awaiting my final dump of water, but I will tell you, I am so confident in their services, that even if that is delayed, I understand because of their commitment and follow-through in their service! Thank you!

When Clear Water Solutions arrived, they told me that not only would I need to pay them an additional $50, but I would have to cut a hole in my ceiling personally so that they can fix the leak! They claimed the $50 fee was for doing work not covered by the warranty. All the work is clearly covered. They claimed they wouldn't cut the hole because that also wasn't covered in the warranty. They changed their tune when I showed them my policy showing that everything was covered. Basically, they tried to scam $50 out of me and make me damage my property, which violates my warranty. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!

I…read morewent with them because my cousin has used them for over 20 years and was pleased with their service. I had a great experience with my installation team! Less than 24 hrs from install I contacted Carroll Water to say my bathroom sink and fridge were only dribbling water post installation. They sent technician, WW out within 3 hours. I was elated that this would be resolved same day since it was a Friday. I was very disappointed with the service received from their WW. WW was not friendly like the installers from the day before. He had few words to say other than, "Guess I'll have to fix that too" when he discovered a drip below the newly installed fridge line to my new RO system!! This statement really bothered me because an hour later when he left he had NOT fixed either of the two water problems I had! He said he needed a special tool to fix the sink. It was 2pm on a Friday. Guess CW's shop, Home Depot or Lowes all close early on Fridays because WW told us he'd report this to his boss and let us know Monday their resolution plan. UNACCEPTABLE! So now I essentially have no water in my daughter's bathroom sink and no water, nor ice from my fridge for the entire weekend.

Last time this happened, I caller Kline's Services, but since last time, theyre were bought out by environmental company and prices sky rocketed, so i shopped around. Remembering my time as an HVAC tech, I recalled LPH good rep, so I caller and scheduled them. Dave B. came out and seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. He spent time snaking sewer line till clog was gone. He even cleaned my slop sink, which was full of Shit, literally. One top of that, he only charged me for the special rate they were having for main line unclogging. Now this worked out great, as my special needs kid was putting baby wipes in toilet, unbeknownst to me. These reviews kinda scare me to give these guys my HVAC service, but as far as thus plumbing issue is concerned. Dave B and LPH get 5 stars.
