I understand that personal situations can be complex, but when they affect members' comfort and trust, I believe they should be handled with greater care and accountability. There are only 2 port a pots in the alley which is not even close to an adequate number for the amount of people using the gym and are not handicap accessible. People have had problems trying to reach the port a pots since they are not near the front entrance. There is also a very strong sewer gas smell within the entry and different levels of the gym. Feces are flowing out of the coffee shop on the lower level. This is a major health hazard for everyone that goes to the gym and to the general public.
