But I know some companies have deals to make it even cheaper. Price is extremely reasonable for the amount of amenities they have. Free classes but also classes you can pay for. They also have multiple locations in Omaha and surrounding cities/states. With a membership you get access to multiple locations which is great when you travel. Overall 5/5 stars!

There is lack of privacy in the shower area of the woman's locker room and corporate response was " it works well in our other locations." The indoor pool has been being repaired for about 1 1/2 years! They are a chain and the gym members are just a number.

I understand that personal situations can be complex, but when they affect members' comfort and trust, I believe they should be handled with greater care and accountability. You will need a planet fitness black membership to utilize these amenities. In all I'd say for 20 bucks a month it's a no-brainer.

If the staff put half as much effort into doing their jobs as they do into their phones, this place might actually live up to its marketing. Billing is an absolute nightmare. They do not clearly tell you that if you don't cancel months in advance, you will not get your annual fee refunded. When you try to ask about it, no one at the front desk seems to know anything about billing at all. Instead, they send you to an outside company -- who then sends you right back to the gym. Back and forth. Over and over. No one takes responsibility, and no one can issue a refund. To make it even worse, staff will tell you they'll "call you back" and then never do. No follow-up. No accountability. Just silence. It's incredibly frustrating to pay monthly for a business that can't be bothered to offer basic professionalism or customer service. Planet Fitness may be cheap, but the way this place is run makes it clear why.
