Clean. Family friendly. Variety of classes. I wish they offered more water sports for 25/40 age groups.

Wonderful place for me and the family. All four of us workout there. My son goes to camp and my daughter goes to volleyball.

I initially went to him to help me get off the acne medication and go offset the side effects, as I had previously tried to get off it and my face was worse than it had ever been - but what I left with was more than I could have ever asked for. In just ONE MONTH I have gotten off the acne medication, had ZERO flare ups or acne (my face actually looks better than it did on the medication, I have my energy back, my bloodwork was phenomenal, I feel and look better than I have in years, and I am motivated and joyful again. Micha is gifted by God in this industry and not only meets you where you're at physically, but also helps you to challenge and be empowered in the places emotionally that need healing as well. I feel like a new person and I truly couldn't be more grateful to Micha for his protocol, help, friendship, and encouragement. He sincerely wants to help people be as physically healthy, nourished, and happy as they can be. Eternally grateful!!

I reluctantly tried out their free one-on-one class & did a lot of observing of the actual class going on. I'm not a gym junkie . I'm a lap swimmer & Zumba dancer. I've always considered myself to be on the weak side & I've been told that to my face. I joined immediately without thinking twice . If something intimidates you, that means you probably should do it. I'm now about 6 months in & although I have a long ways to go, I'm noticing big results physically, emotionally & mentally. Oh, about 2 months after signing up, the pandemic hit & my apartment gym closed. Guess who stayed open (with rules of course)?? Yep. If it wasn't for this place, I would have been in a bad spot physically & emotionally. PROS:1) amazing coaches who work with you & don't make you feel like a fool when everyone else is bench pressing heavy weight & you just do the bar. They don't make you conform to what everyone else is doing. 2) workouts are always different & you can see the day before what the workout will be (so you can prepare or skip...lol) 3) lots of class times every day of the week! 4) if you can't do something, you will be given an alternative & no one in the class will look at you funny 5) people in class are nice & will help you out 6) definite mood booster. I can have a crappy day & after a workout, my endorphins are kicked in. CONS: 1) you will have days where you will be very sore and/or have trouble walking (is that really a bad thing?!) 2) there might be things that really intimidate you, but you will eventually get over it if you keep showing up 3) you won't start to look like The Rock right away, but you can picture him in your head to motivate you to get through the workout . LOL!! :))

After about a year is the same routine over and over and you won't see much improvement. After about a year I also felt that I was in a good fitness place to move to a different gym with more options in exercises, better times and a cheaper price. With that said the whole basis of this business is a giant money grab. First the unlimited membership is $179 a month per person. This gets you nothing special other than the ability to take more classes. The price can be less but that's only if you go less than 3 time a week. This particular gym you have to sign up 30 days in advance to ensure you get in a class. If you don't you're on the wait list and "hope you get in a class" . Side note - since I have started going to a different gym it's amazing how many people I run Into that have 2 gym memberships- one at OTF and one somewhere else. This is primarily due to not being able to get into classes at OTF. For $179/ mo. I better get blowies when I walk in the door and a towel for them to clean up with. If you sign up 30 days out you better not forget to cancel 8 hours prior or that's another $12 for each class you miss. OTF has a new game or competition every month or so, guess what that's another fee. So basically you can spend $250 / month just for a single gym membership. But wait there's more! You have to buy their band so that your fitness is tracked in the app. Conveniently your Apple Watch or fitbitch doesn't work on the OTF. Guess what another $150-$200 to get you started. But wait there's more- you can lower your rate by pimping out your friends like hookers in North O. Bring one friend you save $10... don't worry they will get that back when you miss a class. But wait there is more! When you go to cancel your membership they make you give 30 days notice. So if you didn't give 30 days they bill you yet another $179. Guess what if you cancel in the middle of the month that's not 30 days notice so now they bill you 2 additional months as you gave notice half way through the billing cycle so that's not 30 days so now you will pay for 60 days. It's quite the racket honestly. Before you go sign up research other gyms and their price structure. Many gyms have similar classes as OTF for less money. Also you can find most of OTF's work outs online that you can do at any gym. Garmin, apple, fit bit and other apps will track your workout just as good as the OTF tracker The manager is overweight and the shape she is in is round. She reminds me of a 35 year version of Pricilla Block. To me this is like going to AA and the instructor drinking a beer telling me how to quit drinking. At the end of the day it's your money I'm just here to tell you can find a better gym for a lot less money and have a greater experience elsewhere.

It's a community . . . a family, if you don't mind me getting a little cheesy about it. The heart and soul of the place is Travis, the owner, but the other coaches are all fantastic, too. Crossfit, in general, might get a bit of a bad or even cultish rep, but that's not how it is here. The workouts ARE hard, but the vibe is 1,000% supportive and encouraging. There are ALL levels of fitness here, from Spartan racer, elite athlete types to the over 50, "what the hell happened to my body?!" types (I fall comfortably into the latter category). Scaling of the workouts is always encouraged to tailor the work you your specific level of fitness and the variety of workouts ensures that it is NEVER, ever, ever boring. Bottom line: If you're looking for a home and a place to start, restart, continue, or supplement your fitness journey, you simply can't go wrong here. You won't find better people or a better environment anywhere.
