This location is very easy to find with more than enough parking in the front but it tends to fill up if the surroundings places are busy. The staff is always friendly and any time I have walked through the door I'm immediately greeted which always makes me feel welcomed that I am here. The workers are very knowledgeable and have walked me around the store a couple times, helping me look for the medicine I need. The prices here are reasonable, in line with all other pharmacy stores in the area so I don't feel like I'm spending more than need be. They have a wide variety of sodas, chips, candies and many little trinkets to buy as well. I love looking around at the end caps because they usually have some funny "as seen on TV" products that I want to impulse buy. It never takes me longer than I need to here because the staff is fast and friendly with what they do and I'm usually in and out before I know it! I will continue to stop by this location for as long as it is standing!

If I could give zero stars, I would. What happened here was not just frustrating -- it was…read moreprocedurally unethical, possibly illegal, and profoundly disrespectful to a patient seeking care. I came to this location to pick up a prescription for Adderall, with valid insurance (Aetna) and a doctor's order. Instead of professionalism, I encountered obfuscation, policy inconsistencies, and what appeared to be intentional stonewalling. I was told I had to pick up two medications together -- a claim that has no legal or regulatory basis and may in fact violate DEA and state-level guidelines. I made multiple good-faith efforts to resolve the situation. I asked politely. I followed up in person. I delivered a written request citing 45 CFR § 164.524 -- the federal right to access my own health records, including SIGs (medication instructions). That request was met with more delays, deflection, and in some cases, condescension from staff. Let me be clear: I did not walk in looking for a fight. I stated plainly what I was there for -- my medication -- every time. What followed felt less like standard pharmacy procedure and more like a series of maneuvers designed to avoid accountability. I now have the names and license numbers of those involved. I have preserved copies of all correspondence, prescriptions, and photos. And while I am still open to resolving this amicably, I am prepared to escalate -- including but not limited to CVS Corporate, the Florida Board of Pharmacy, the Office for Civil Rights (OCR), and agencies overseeing DEA compliance. I remain hopeful that CVS recognizes how vital it is to address incidents like this before they escalate into broader exposure or regulatory scrutiny. As a longstanding Aetna-covered patient, I trust that your team understands the value of proactively restoring trust -- before reputational or compliance costs grow unnecessarily.

Trayline refused to put a sale on hold where the customer was being ridiculous trying to use a discount on her phone, holding the line behind her up while she walked back and forth bringing items to the register to see if they matched her coupons! Then, because I complained when it was finally my turn, she threw my "Extra Care" card back at me rather than hand it to me. She then called on Stephanie to do a price check. I had spoken with this Stephanie earlier as she was sitting on the floor stocking shelves, and the item I wanted was not on the shelf. Although the info/price card was there, the shelf was empty. She had a "leave me alone" attitude, was haughty and acted like she didn't want to be there. She then got rude and when I asked for the manager, she stormed out the store, arguing and bad mouthing me as she went! I guess my initial impression of her was correct...she just didn't want to be there! If CVS wants to hire these very young people as store clerks, please train them re how to comport themselves with customers and ensure they leave their attitudes at the door. I have a lot of Rx's there and been a customer for years now, but today i told the pharmacist I am transferring ALL my prescriptions elsewhere. Although this store is the most convenient one for me, it's not worth the constant hassle and long waits I experience every time I'm there. Add to that the rude and unacceptable behavior of the young and ignorant girls they hire, and I just don't want to shop there again. Do better CVS.

Subject: Concern About Unprofessional Treatment at Walgreens Pharmacy…read more Dear Walgreens Customer Service, My name is Juan R Cardoso, and I am the owner of Carlson Gracie St. Petersburg - Juan Reppin Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Pinellas Park, Florida. I am a Brazilian living in America, a long-time Walgreens customer, and a respected member of my local community. Through my academy, I contribute to the community by promoting discipline, confidence, and respect among my students. On October 31, 2025, at approximately 4:30 PM, I visited one of your pharmacy locations to pick up my prescribed medication. I chose this location specifically because it is conveniently near my dojo, which allows me to manage my work schedule while accessing my medication. To my understanding, I am able to use any Walgreens location, but I have preferred this one for its proximity to my business. When I arrived, I was initially told that I could not receive my medication because I was "one day early." I calmly explained that my doctor is aware that my dosage can vary -- some days I take three doses, other days two -- and that he could verify or adjust the prescription immediately if needed. I suggested a solution: I could transfer my prescription to another location or have my doctor contact the pharmacy immediately to verify the prescription, so I could pick it up without losing work time. At first, the staff said this would not be possible. Later, they said it was not necessary, but I was told I would still face a long wait, possibly until tomorrow or at least five hours, creating the impression that I was being "done a favor" rather than being assisted as a customer. During this interaction, a pharmacist of Asian descent raised her voice at me, asking "Sir, you have any problem?" in a tone that felt aggressive and intimidating. I was concerned I might be left without my medication, so I calmly replied, "No, I don't have a problem, I'm going to sit and wait." I remained seated, working on my phone, and within 10 minutes my prescription was ready, showing that the earlier delay was unnecessary. Despite this, when I attempted to speak directly with the pharmacist, she laughed and implied I could not use that pharmacy. The interaction left me feeling unwelcome, unsafe, and judged -- no customer should feel afraid that they may not receive their medication. The mixed messages and long wait created a stressful and confusing experience. Throughout the situation, I remained calm, respectful, and patient. I never raised my voice or used inappropriate language. Another employee later confirmed that all customers, regardless of medication type or location, should be assisted equally -- which I fully agree with. I also noticed that the pharmacy's Google Reviews show an average rating of 3.5 to 3.6 stars. While I cannot speak for all experiences, situations like this may contribute to this rating and affect customer satisfaction. I am sharing this experience not to complain, but to ensure that other customers do not face similar difficulties. Walgreens has a long history of reliable service, and I hope this situation is reviewed so that all customers are treated professionally, respectfully, and without confusion or intimidation. Despite this incident, I would like to continue using this Walgreens location because it is convenient for my work. I only ask that all customers, including myself, are treated fairly and respectfully. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am available to provide further details if needed. Sincerely, Juan R Cardoso Owner - Carlson Gracie St. Petersburg - Juan Reppin Jiu-Jitsu Academy Pinellas Park, FL Phone: 727-481-6882
