From the outset, James was enthusiastic and supportive of our vision for this project. He suggested a provider for the stone we desired and met with us at the site, in order to assist us by answering the many questions we had, as well as 'holding school' as to the pros & cons of faux stone vs the genuine article. Then, once we decided to proceed and contracted Masonry Division for the work, set a schedule to begin. James and his team were consummate professionals throughout the duration of this project. They arrived as promised each day and performed amazing quality work...true craftsmanship! James was responsive to questions and provided very helpful suggestions, intended to ensure that the final result met our high expectations. In short, he and his team "nailed it"! The finished project actually exceeded my expectations for this project. I can recommend Masonry Division without reservation for any Masonry projects requiring true craftsmanship.

Mind you, I had three walls I wanted done. Well, to do all three was a lot more than I expected. But, I had contacted five people about the project and Brickdancer was one of the three that returned my inquiry. Another was cheaper, but I didn't get the sense they were reliable, since it took two weeks for him to come out and another week to get a bid in, after I reminded him. Another told me that he just didn't want to do the work. He said it was a lot of work and he didn't want to be on one job for so long. Brickdancer was the sole company that felt good, and I'm so glad I went with him! There was no worry about anything, as Lee kept me informed the whole way. During the project, Lee would let me know what was done, what was planned, and he gave great advice. The job started and finished without interruption. They work fast, did the filling with the City, got the permit and inspections, and kept the area clean. Fact is, Lee was so great that I added to the project and had him pour a new driveway. I do have more to do, but I have other work that needs to happen first. Once the next concrete and wall project is ready, I won't call for bids. I will call Brickdancer.

The quality of the work is excellent and was done quickly in the time frame we discussed. The crew was super friendly and did a great job cleaning up when the walls were done. We love the entryway and would absolutely work with Brick Dancer again if we did any other brick or block projects.

We had to find a concrete contractor to fix the section of the driveway that the plumbers took out. We found Loma Concrete on Yelp. They had all 5 stars. So, we decided to give them a try. I called the number on Yelp and spoke with Victoria. She and her husband Sebastiano came out the same day. Since we had them there to give us a quote for the driveway, we asked for a quote on a small section of land on the side of our house. The previous owners of our (new to us) home had used the area to keep the garbage cans. It killed all of the grass. It is the most practical area to keep the garbage cans. But, it's kind of a pain to pull the garbage cans over the grass. So, we wanted to clean up the look and make it easier when we pull the gargbage cans to the curb. We had only planned on doing the driveway right away and then doing the side of the house at a later date. But, their rates were so good we proceeded with doing both. They were able to prep the work same day and complete it the next day. We are so happy with the work completed. Not only does it look beautiful, but Sebastiano set the side of the house with an incline so that the water will drain down along with making sure there was a drain in the center. And, making everything level with our front porch. Things we wouldn't have thought to ask for, he just did. Victoria and Sebastiano were so friendly. They are a family owned company. The second day they brought family to complete the job. We have future projects planned and without question we will be calling Loma Concrete to do the work. You can't beat their prices and Sebastiano is a perfectionist. Which my husband and I both appreciate.

Dustin, Jenna, and their foreman, Jose, did a reroof for me a few years back in preparation for…read moresolar. I forgot to leave them a review but better late than never. I bid my roof project out to several roofing companies, and was most impressed with Over and Above for 2 reasons: 1. Dustin, the owner, personally came out to walk the roof and provide me a bid. 2. There were a couple of little hiccups along the way, primarily resulting from miscommunications with the solar company, which he more than made up for. His foreman had forgotten to face dirtier tiles away from the street so they wouldn't be street visible, and there was an operational snafu with the solar installer. However, he took full accountability and that has resulted in me continuing to go back to him for future roofing needs. Over & Above are a small shop, and so while I had some initial concerns about them being able to take on my project, I was pleasantly surprised. The lack in administrative overhead was hugely beneficial in terms of getting direct access to Dustin regarding the project, and also resulted in competitive pricing compared to other roofing companies. He has never been dishonest with pricing, which I really appreciate.
