WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I went to see a movie with a few of my friends, we are all aged 15 and we went to see a movie with the rating MA15+, we went up to the checkout to buy our tickets when we were refused tickets by a very rude and passive aggressive employee named Josephine because we didn't have hard copies of our ID even though we had Digital copies. We then bought our tickets on the self checkout machine and went up to get into the movie, it was then that we were falsely accused of photoshopping our IDs and faking our age. All three of us went to the same high school and there was one hard copy ID between us so it was clear that the digital copies of our IDs were real and not photoshopped. Once again we were refused access, we were confused as to why we weren't let in and were highly offended that these employees could falsley accuse us of something and do so in such an arrogant and rude manner. Finally we went to a third girl to see if we could clear up the situation and it was there that she raised her voice and spoke in a very harsh and inconsiderate tone and refused entry and accused us of photoshopping yet again. To make matters worse my friends and I knew who the first girl who served us was as she went to our school and knew our year, who we were and that we were 15 years old. Hoyts Mandarin Centre is a terrible cinema with extremely passive aggressive and inconsiderate employees, I would not recommend this cinema. Along with terrible customer service the cinema was also kept in poor condition with popcorn and rubbish along the stairs and main area.
