Wow, was I upset as I walked into this place of business. I believe the owner's name is Darla. An…read moreissue had come up shortly after conducting business with this long time establishment and I had called to speak with Darla who promptly took the call. She said she would look into the matter and call me back. I never got the return call as promised. I went in there today to return my box keys. Darla was extremely busy, but made the time to talk to me anyway. She remembered me and stopped what she was doing to help me with the situation. She did not have to do anything at all, but she made things right because Darla is that kind of person. She is the picture of what a small town, community minded, customer oriented business owner should be. And by the way. Darla says she DID return the call as promised and I completely believe her. I'm not sure why the call didn't get through to me, but it doesn't matter. This is a good group of people lead by owners who sincerely care about the people they are in business to serve. Go there. Had to work it for hours, and now after having SignDog install new lettering my entire paint job is on the hull is cracked only where the old name was. They claim they did not do it, but would have their insurance person look at, and now they don't even return emails, and no word on the insurance company. So I now, must spend $3000 repainting the stern. They claim I had high heat on my stern. Maybe its just me, but a boat on the water in the summer comes in contact with heat conditions. Is this a surprise to them? Maybe it was the heat gun they used on the old lettering removal, as my wife pointed out them at the time.
