However, I get upstairs and almost immediately I hear talking and loud talking and only from the staff. This is by far the noisiest library I've ever been to. I'm better off at home with my noisy 3 year old. If you need a quiet place to be or study, then this is not the place to be. I will continue to look in other areas for a quieter setting.

Generally, when people make mistakes, especially licensed professionals, like myself, showing every intention of correcting the mistake I get told to do ABC and I do it. After I did all that, I called and that's when the problem started. She snapped that she never received the permit form and she never received the check. OK. Mistakes happen and the USPS isn't what it used to be. I had a pleasure of walking in there this morning with a check in an application and she didn't even look me in the eye - - she shot out a bunch of things from her mouth. I missed a bunch more size and Grayson, groans and obvious expressions of being pissed off. Mind you, I introduce myself hey I'm John. Good morning! How is your day going! My office manager Stephanie said you were extremely helpful so I'm hoping I can clean up any kind of confusion. I've got a check here for the job that I'm working on... I got interrupted immediately Followed by getting red the riot act about how inconvenient her day is and how she has to look in the computer! Can you imagine that, she has to look in the computer! I just can't imagine the anguish that she must've suffered by having to walk over her desk sigh like she just lost a family member and give me the information I needed. Exasperatedly she told me I can't possibly remember all these jobs and I said in order to lighten the situation "yeah I bet! I really can't remember what I had for lunch yesterday so no I don't expect you to remember all the jobs going on in the town of Fishkill. I'm just here to pay whatever I need to and get the permit issued. That's how I started my day. She hated my guts for no reason and the rest of the day was kind of like a tail spin. Just because you're a Shali paid low-level public servant doesn't mean you shouldn't do your job well. If I worked at a factory putting Pens, I Would Do the Best Job of Anybody in the Factory That's Called Moral Fiber. Anyway, that's my review. Not exactly groundbreaking, but avoid Fishkill Townhall if you can, but good luck - - their protocol and policies are totally opaque. Also a little insider info: they seem to change at a whim. Who's. Also hired a contractor firm to do the work that hung reminders just before the week of July 4th holiday so anyone driving through your neighborhood could easily see no one was home to remove the reminder from the front door. So do all the things like stopping mail or stopping newspapers and let this contractor flag your home as unoccupied with a reminder on a front door.
