The staff, especially Janie, Haley and Katie, went above and beyond to help me meet all the requirements for the flight. Their trainer even made sure Doodles fit in the carrier properly so there would be no problems during check-in. Because of all of you, Doodles is here in California with family, being loved and cared for, and caring for his dog, has brought a measure of comfort in the loss of my brother. Warning for travelers with flights. Extremely disappointed. We dropped our young dogs off today…read morejust before 10am and within 20 minutes we were called and told to come pickup our dogs. When we dropped them off they placed them in the yard. we brought their stuff in and they showed us their space. That was it and then we left. It was quite rushed. When they called they said your dogs are scared and won't let us approach them so you need to come pick them up. I asked if we could sit with them till they become comfortable and were told no but we could talk about it when we get there. They already had all of our stuff packed up and there was no real discussion. They said they had a schedule they needed to keep and this wasn't the place for our dogs. There was no working with us or attempt to try to make the dogs comfortable. In the end we had no choice but to cancel the vacation because boarding facilities are all full because of the Holiday. What a crappy thing to do to people to not even attempt to work with you especially since they offer 2 different drop off times of morning and evening.
