They called me back later the same day the first time for me to come in that day but I was working. I called again another day to reschedule and they never got back to me. When I walked into the office she said "oh they didn't call you?" No I never got a phone call to reschedule or confirm anything. "Well we don't have a hygienist and if we reschedule I'm not guaranteed we will have one for that visit either." And I have issues trying to pay them. They're always closed or at lunch when I come. When I'm on my lunch or on an off day. They close more than an hour earlier than they're supposed to. Nothing is ever right. My bill is supposed to be $130-$150. And it should have been lower because when I actually got my work done on my teeth the cost of everything was actually lower than what was signed off. But when I have to physically come in to the office pay when they're never there. I have to always pay $200 for some reason. That makes no sense. And all they tell me is to call the credit people which I got through my dental office. Make it make sense. Every time I come in there's an issue or a problem. Always from their side.

At my second appointment they brought out my previous X-rays and mentioned another tooth had the same dark spot... but only mentioned the one at the original appointment. Then they had a new dentist look at me and I got a denied claim from my insurance because the new dentist was not filed under them in their paperwork. I called to ask to fix this and my claim got denied a second time for them being listed under the wrong address. I finally received an accepted claim but I went in for just a cleaning and I have to pay out of pocket for something they put in the claim even though delta dental covers cleanings. This place feels like they are trying to scam patients and find issues that do not actually exist and cause insurance issues to force you to pay out of pocket. Will not be going back.

My surgeon, Dr. Schreiber, was very informative with what the procedure consisted of and provided very detailed "post-op" instructions for me to follow as I recover. The procedure only took about an hour and Dr. Schreiber and his assistant, Aidan, made sure I was comfortable and pain-free before leaving the office. One lady in her office is 67 years old. She told me she continues to work part time because she respects her Dentist. I did have to laugh. She works 3 days a week.
