Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I had them come out for an industrial back door replacement…read more They came out and took measurements, knowing I could not lock up my office because of this door. I did not receive my estimate for several days. Once I received it, I called him and gave him approval and he said it would take about 3 days to ship it, and I should have it by Wednesday of next week. I did not hear from him and called his office on Thursday, where Tyler told me he had dropped the ball and never ordered it yet. He then placed the order and told me again I should have it installed by Wednesday of next week. They didn't come to install it until that Friday. On Friday I told the installers how urgent it was that I have a pin lock put back on like I had on the original door he took off. He told me he would get it ordered and I should hear from him by Tuesday at the very latest. I did not. I called Tyler on Wednesday and he had not even ordered it yet, nor was he even aware of it. He advised there would be a shipping delay as well if he ordered it that day. All the while knowing I could not lock up my office. At that point, I realized the EXTREMELY POOR customer service I had received initially was not an exception but clearly it was the standard of service they provide. If I could give zero stars, I would.
