I did a regular driving lesson with them right before my drivers test and I also did a highway lesson. I had Corrie as an instructor both times and truly cannot explain how much I loved her. She made me feel super comfortable behind the wheel and got my confidence up before my drivers exam the next day. She also took me on the highway and boosted my confidence so much. On multiple occasions, we were left waiting for over 45 minutes because of poor communication or lateness. There is no proper office system, everything is handled through text messages, and you only seem to get a response when it's time to make a payment. We tried to get information about my child's classes starting in October, but no one followed up until January, and even then the information was vague and unhelpful. Because of this lack of guidance, my child ended up having to retake all the classes. Shortly after, we received an email saying students were not completing the correct work, which reflects poorly on the school's organization and instruction. To make matters worse, after paying $650 for classes and an additional $125 for the road test, we were surprised to find out we still had to pay the DMV $84 for the license. The school did not clearly explain that their fee only covered the use of their car and administering the test. Overall, the lack of communication, disorganization, and hidden costs made this a very negative experience. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Now my son is taking the full course. The flexibility of taking the classes in any order and on your own schedule is very helpful with very busy family life schedules. Also, Mark interacts and teaches the students I think in a way that not only keeps them engaged, but also keeps them in line with all of life's distractions as learning to drive should be taken seriously. I then reach out via email and hear nothing for a few more weeks. After three weeks, I finally receive a call from Cindy informing me the spot had been filled as she was waiting to hear from my wife and I regarding the enrollment. Are you kidding? If that were that case, then why not reach out to us before filling a spot? Why not provide a simple call or email or anything? She says it was our fault for telling her we needed to think about it during the tour as this was on her notes. I can assure you she took no notes during our visit nor did she even remember my child's name when she called. As you tour the facility and speak to Cindy just ask yourself is this person organized? Is the place well run? Again, I can't speak to the care of the children here, but, after this experience I will be sure to keep away. I don't trust a disorganized person to manage the care of my child, the most precious thing in my life. I'll search elsewhere. You might want to as well.

Although it was more difficult to get into NextStreet, I do not see a reason why you would use Buffington over NextStreet.
