Front desk lady seemed pissy on the phone and the day after when I picked up my product. She needs an attitude adjustment or y'all need to find someone else. I'm not sure I will refer this company solely due to her lack of any customer service. I've worked in the service industry for 15+ years, she will drive your local people away.

And that includes everyone , the outside salesman, the counter people and for sure the manager. The outside salesman said you will have to special order these 8 axles, take about three/ four weeks but they should come with the balance of the trailer componants. I wait my three weeks, called in to check on my parts. The outside salesman went on vacation so my axles and parts have not been ordered. The store manager has not returned any of my 5 calls nor has the outside salesman tried to solve the problem. So finally I get 7 of my speacial order axles last week, the store people said one axle missed the truck, we picked my last special order axle today, it dosn't match the other 7 speacial order axles! They don't rate one star !
