But this was tempting, and I did get a Snap-Tite for Kid K. Leaning towards trains, but also plenty of car and plane and armor kits. Lots of Playmobil stuff. Other toys and collectibles. Reasonable prices considering. Good selection, friendly service. Small amount of parking out front, and I think (hope) the side lot is shared with the bike shop- easy to miss the pull-off from High. Not sure why I waited so long, but I'll be back sooner.

Seriously another thing that happened, which is wild, it made me feel as though I grew up in another era. Crazy huh???? I think so. The gentleman that was at the cashiers, welcomed us and immediately made us feel at home. I guess that also had a lot to do with my experience while in here. Not only did they have one, but they offered to come to the den meeting and give the demonstration. That's when I met Annette & Bill - a very nice couple who were happy to donate their time & resources to give to our 5th graders a hands-on lesson about repairing/replacing a tire, and bicycle maintenance & upkeep. After the meeting, I also took my 25 year old mountain bike to them for a much needed tuneup before leading the Cub Scout 10 mile bike ride. They went above & beyond just a tune-up, fixing everything that needed repair - and in record time. They gave me back a bike that performed beautifully - just like when it was new! I was also pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was for all the work they did on my bike! THANK YOU ANNETTE & BILL! We will definitely be back for hobby stuff & anytime we have a bike needing repair!
